Returns & Refunds

Each of our pieces is handcrafted to order, created specifically for you.

For this reason, we are unable to accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

This approach allows us to maintain the integrity of our process, avoid overproduction, and ensure that every piece receives the time and attention it deserves.

Warranty

Most of our furniture is covered by a one-year warranty from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers manufacturing faults and structural defects under normal residential use.

Should an issue arise within this period, we will:

• Repair the item where possible, or

• Replace the piece if it is deemed unrepairable

Our priority is always to restore your piece to its original condition and beauty.

 

Refunds

Refunds are not offered as standard due to the made-to-order nature of our work.

However, refunds may be considered under special circumstances, such as:

• A confirmed manufacturing fault that cannot be repaired or replaced

• Exceptional cases at our sole discretion

 

In such instances, each case will be reviewed individually with care and fairness.

We kindly ask that you choose thoughtfully before placing your order.
